  5. Flysurfer has sent us a bunch of info on the renewed version of Infinity 3.0 Airstyle Bar. Check ti out! Infinity 3.0 Airstyle CC Control Bar Size 50cm / 60cm Airstyle, Freeride, Freestyle 1). Flysurfer Infinity 3.0 Summary Play it safe. Best grip, certified Quick Release 3.0 and high-quality flying lines give you the confidence you expect from a FLYSURFER product. Customize the INFINITY 3.0 Airstyle Clam-Cleat Control Bar through multiple tuning options for your personal needs and enjoy maximum comfort. Produkt Information FLYSURFER believes in highly functional products and minimalistic design. We focus on simplicity and proven safety systems. The INFINITY 3.0 Airstyle CC Control Bar is built for 4-line kite models and offers a single front line safety you can depend on. When releasing - via our certified Quick Release 3.0 - all the power is redirected to one single frontline, whereby the kite will flag out easily and rests almost powerless on the surface. Be aware no safety system ensures 100% depower of the kite, don't overestimate yourself, ride safe! The INFINTIY 3.0 Airstyle CC Control Bar contributes highest comfort to your daily session. Customize the depower line lenght, bar width and steering lines to your personal needs. The Clam-Cleat Adjuster allows for precise depower adjustment of the flying lines (front and back lines). This allows the user to regulate the depower function quick and effortlessly. The integrated swivel function on the QR3.0 untwists the depower lines smooth and flawlessly—even after many rotations— by simply powering up the bar. On top we made sure, that every part is easily exchangeable. So you can enjoy your kitedays even more! Technical Features Quick Release 3.0 The Quick Release 3.0 (QR 3.0) is the core of the bar. It not only meets the French standard (AFNOR) in terms of safety and activation forces, it is also extremely robust, compact, lightweight and of course reliable. A flexible, unbreakable chicken dick and a new ergonomic handle allow a quick and easy release of the kite in an emergency situation. 2). Flysurfer Infinity 3.0 Infinite Rotations The smooth, integrated swivel function of the Quick Release 3.0 provides an automatic untwisting o f the flying lines when powering up the bar. The safety system remains fully functional even after numerous rotations in one direction. 3). Flysurfer Infinity 3.0 Ergonomic Grip Design The slim, lightweight barstick features a fresh-green signal color on the right-hand side and is available in two lengths - 50 and 60cm. The abrasion-resistant, ergonomic EVA grip is extremely comfortable for the hand and assures solid control even in cold or wet conditions. 4). Flysurfer Infinity 3.0 Double-V-Shaped Eyelet The optimized and reduced-friction Double-V-Shaped Eyelet ensures an easy and direct steering response. The powering up and depower functions work even when you turn the bar. 5). Flysurfer Infinity 3.0 Clam-Cleat Adjuster The Clam-Cleat Adjuster allows for precise depower adjustment adjustment of the flying lines. This allows the user to regulate the depower function quick and effortlessly. 6). Flysurfer Infinity 3.0 Low Drag Flying Lines The low-drag flying lines (length: 21m) have an impressively low air resistance (diameter: 1.45mm Front / Back 1,2mm) and a very high breaking load (300kg Front / Back 200kg). For years we have put our trust in our parter LIROS for supplying high-quality lines. The 60cm Airstyle Bar setup is additionally equipped with 6m flying lines extensions. Thanks to this feature, the low end of the kite used gets even more effective when using one of our larger kites. 7). Flysurfer Infinity 3.0 Frontline-Safety (FLS) It is our standard at FLYSURFER to use the Frontline Safety system - this additional FLS end line is incorporated approximately in the middle of a front line - the exact details are always dependent on the kite line and the kite size. However, some FLYSURFER kite lines use a different safety system. The VIRON, for example, has a Reef Line Safety. For lovers of the 5th line, a FDS conversion kit (full depower safety system) is available in most product lines. Tuning Options On the integrated winders you can change the bar width by up to 5 cm, which is recommended when using a bar for more kite sizes. Additionally, the backlines can be adjusted below the floaters, meaning you can counteract the effects of shortened steering lines and the tendency to backstall. With the new Clam-Cleat adjuster the depower throw can also be adapted to your arm length. These features allow the bar setup to be individually adjusted to the rider.
